Why Fox Countertops?

Our goal is happy customers, every time. We take the time to listen, walk you through the process and answer any questions you have. Our attention to detail, customer service and reliability is what has people coming back and referring their friends.

How does the process work?

When you're first getting ready for a project, we are here to answer and questions or concerns you may have. Then, either we will come out to measure your countertops or you can come in with measurements in hand. Then we will help you to pick out a countertop that you will love for years to come, whether it be quartz or granite. We will discuss whether or not you need us to help with plumbing or tear-out services and finally, we schedule your template and install.

Can you remove my old countertops?

Yes! When we are ready to install your countertops, we can also remove your old ones on the same day as well as un-hook and hook-up your plumbing so when you leave for work in the morning, say goodbye to your old countertops because your new ones will be in and your kitchen ready to use when you get home. This is an extra service so let us know ahead of time if you need us to do this.

How long will it take to get my new countertops?

From the date of the template until install, our turn around time is around three weeks, subject to material availability.

How long will my kitchen be out of commission?

At the most a day if we do the tear out of the countertops and not just the install. Our installer will come in, remove the old countertops, and un-hook the plumbing if we are also providing plumbing services. Then the countertops will get installed and the plumbing hooked back up so you're ready to go, all in the same day.

Can you do the plumbing work?

What happens if my countertop chips?

If you chip it, we fix it. We offer a lifetime warranty on all of our products so if you ever have an issue, we will take care of it. Some products are easier to fix than others. Ask and we will gladly help point you in the right direction.

After install, when can I use my kitchen?

When your new countertops are in, the tops will be ready to go! For your sink, we recommend waiting 24 hours for the sink to set up before you use it.

Yes! We can unhook and re-hook your sink and faucet. Just let us know ahead of time so we can have that included with your quote. Just be sure to not use the sink for 24 hours to allow for everything to properly set and cure.
